This position will work remote unless directed by Supervisor to attend in person meeting occasionally.

Business developer with Data Analytics experience. The candidate will be responsible for presenting data information through clear and informative dashboards. To do this, the candidate will design meaningful statistics, KPI’s/Metrics, and other outputs to monitor the health of the business. This role will require the development of an understanding of the data, the creation processes, the internal organization, as well as the technical/tool skills needed to create KPI’s/Metrics and dashboards. Will work closely with IT staff to identify reporting, and data analysis needed to create automated reports and dashboards to help drive data driven decisions within the business. Develops quality metrics; designs and delivers end-user training and associated materials 

Knowledge of: strategies for achieving effective data acquisition, management, quality, storage, use and application; statistical and business analysis; business operations, methods, and practices; workflow engineering; IT lifecycle and information system design; qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring program/project efficiency; project management disciplines and techniques; SQL, Data Modeling, and/or Cognos or Tableau. Effectively utilizing data collection, research, and analysis methodologies, Communicating complex information to non-technical audiences interpreting and evaluating information Excellent oral and written communication. 

Demonstrated ability to: plan, organize, and prioritize projects; evaluate information and make recommendations; assess stakeholder and end user information needs; promote the use of business intelligence to make effective business decisions; communicate verbally and in writing; to establish and maintain effective working relationships; collaborate with IT/BI and program staff to achieve shared goals; perform analysis and evaluation; engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders; demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and streamline work processes
