Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced IT Analyst. This hybrid role involves QA testing, business analysis, and documentation of technical solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and UAT to validate business requirements

• Document software defects and usability issues

• Analyze and document current vs. future-state processes

• Write use cases and acceptance criteria; support developers and end-users

• Identify opportunities for test automation and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• Windows Server

• SQL Server 2008 R2 & 2016

• .NET, ETL

• Visual Studio / TFS / VSTS

• Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

• MS Office Suite

• STLC

• SSIS / SSRS

• Backend database testing (tables/views)

Nice to Have:

• Stored procedures, indexes, triggers

• API testing

• Experience with automated testing tools

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
