Here’s how our hiring process works:
1. Application Process

2. Selection Steps
- Resume Review – Screen for role alignment.
- Initial Screening – Phone/video call to assess fit.
- Interviews – With our internal team and, when required, client representatives.
- Client Approval – Required for contract roles.
3. Pre-Employment Requirements
- Background & employment verification
- E-Verify authorization
- Drug screening (when required by client)
- Fingerprinting & TB test (for some roles)
Past convictions or substance use history will be evaluated case-by-case—they do not automatically disqualify.
