Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring all customers can access and utilize our services, documents, marketing materials, defining policies and guidelines for Valley Metro as well as collaborating with key stakeholders to meet WCAG standards, evaluating and providing accessible solutions for web based and mobile products to enhance the usability of agency content and educating and promoting the practice of building media/applications with accessibility in mind, as well as mentoring others in methods and techniques for addressing accessibility barriers. This position will ensure an accessible online user experience, while maintaining quality and branded content.
