This position will manage and guide the development and implementation of a Salesforce platform for the agency.
Identifying and scheduling project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks and and prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.
Participating in sprint planning to determine the team's objectives
Establishing standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. Understanding business and end-user needs. Acting as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of software development, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the product backlog.
Establishing a work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations, or phases, and arranging for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Reviewing/approving the work plan of an external service provider or consultancy contracted to execute the project.
Providing leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and conferring with project staff to outline a work plan.
Monitoring project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of information, while providing consistency in content and “look and feel” across the organization.
Working with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories and setting expectations with business stakeholders for the delivery of new capabilities.
