DCS SSA Benefits Unit is seeking a temporary position to help with monitoring and processing Retirement Survivor, Disability Insurance (RSDI), and Supplemental Security Insurance (SSI) applications/claims for children/youth in DCS care. This position research’s, completes forms, manages spreadsheets, and works with several programs, databases and software. Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, electronic filing and completion of federal social security forms. The ideal candidate will have superior organizational skills and experience with entry into relational databases. This position involves working with providers, internal and external customers via telephone and email in order to complete required federal forms; strong communication skills will be necessary. Limited travel may be required.
DCS SSA Review Analyst
•Monitor SSA Team Mailbox
•Scan and electronically file all SSA correspondence
•Complete annual representative payee reports
•Complete RSDI & SSI Initial Claims
•Update Spreadsheets; SharePoint.

Requirements & Notes:
Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.
