This position involves performing a variety of heavy/light vehicle/equipment parts and supply acquisition and warehouse activities following State Procurement Laws, ADOT, and EQS policies. Responsibilities include:
Ordering/purchasing parts and supplies; maintaining Purchase Card log and receipts.
Performing stock inventories and reconciliations.
Providing customer service support in person, by phone, or email.
Filling stock orders and replenishing warehouse shelves.
Assisting in obtaining, tracking, and posting Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemicals.
Required Skills:
2+ years of purchasing experience
2+ years of customer service experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience in stocking items
