Position Overview:
This position involves performing a variety of heavy/light vehicle/equipment parts and supply acquisition and warehouse activities following State Procurement Laws, ADOT, and EQS policies. Responsibilities include:
- Ordering/purchasing parts and supplies; maintaining Purchase Card log and receipts.
- Performing stock inventories and reconciliations.
- Providing customer service support in person, by phone, or email.
- Filling stock orders and replenishing warehouse shelves.
- Assisting in obtaining, tracking, and posting Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemicals.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of purchasing experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in stocking items
