We're looking for a detail-oriented ServiceNow Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll configure the ServiceNow platform based on templates created by our Process Improvement Team, ensuring it meets our organization's specific needs without extensive customization or programming. You'll also spend about 30% of your time enhancing SharePoint functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
•Configure ServiceNow according to predefined templates and guidelines from the Process Improvement Team.
•Adjust configurations to meet specific organizational needs.
•Work closely with the Process Improvement Team to understand and apply template nuances.
•Improve SharePoint functionalities to enhance user experience and system performance.
•Facilitate the transition of information from SharePoint to Microsoft Teams.
•Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow and SharePoint.
•Maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
•Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
