The client is in the process of implementing a citywide construction project management software called, Unifier. The implementation covers more than 10 operating departments and 500 users. Due to the volume of projects, user accounts, and training necessary to implement the software, the City is looking for staff augmentation to assist with creating workflows, training new users, inputting project data, creating user accounts, and assigning rights to begin using the system.
Preferred Qualifications: Unifier Project Management Software knowledge and experience or Project management software (procore, Microsoft project) knowledge and experience •Project Management System (in cloud) implementation experience (Unifier, Salesforce, Oracle) •Software implementation experience - ideal •Database administrator experience (managing user accounts) •Experience work for a large Municipality, Utility, or Company (i.e 8,000+ employees) •Understands concepts of construction project management •Understands software and can navigate intuitively •Experience in providing user training •Enjoys working with the end user •Experience in MS Suite of products including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel(advance level) •Familiar with presentation and video software. Background
This position will report to the Streets Department who is responsible for the implementation of the Citywide system but will work specifically with the Water Departments Engineering teams. The position will perform the below duties as well as other items depending on skillset and experience. •Creating new users within Unifier •Assigning rights in Unifier •Creating projects and shells within Unifier •Inputting project data and uploading documentation with accuracy •Supporting training classes (logistics, scheduling, follow up etc) •Assisting with inquiries from users •Assisting with reports Project Input Creating new user accounts General understanding of Construction project manager Create workflows and business processes.
