Roles & Responsibilities

• Under general direction of the Training Manager, the instrucitonal designer is responsible for the development of training materials for the Arizona Early Intervention Program.
• Duties include managing training projects through their full lifecycle, producing high quality training that meets Stakeholder requirements, and delivering training materials in a timely manner.

Experience Required - Minimum of 2 years of professional instrucitonal design experience

Experience Preferred - Three or more years of professional design experience

Education Required - Bachelors degree in instructional design or related field

Education Preferred - Masters degree in instrucitonal design or related field.
