Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

Under the direction of Contracts Operations Manager or his/her designee, this position provides support by performing the following duties and responsibilities: 

• Monitor assigned mailbox and respond to provider portal related inquiries and/or requests 
• Assist providers with the Guardian Portal and answer questions either telephonically or via designated collaboration application (Microsoft Teams) 
• Monitor Guardian system dashboard for potential issues that arise 
• Research issues in the Guardian system & Provider portal in an attempt to determine the root cause(s) 
• Create advanced finds to pull data from Guardian as needed 
• Assist other units with questions on Guardian and the provider portal 
• Track and save quarterly reports and notify Management Analyst 
• Create Excel Pivot tables and PowerPoint slides for data     

Skills/Experience Required   

• Previous experience in a customer support role 
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types 
• Strong phone/verbal communication and active listening skills 
• Considers themselves to be proficient in the use of common technology 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products, particular Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint     

Education Required

High School Diploma, Associates Degree.
