The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing duties for the Phoenix Safety Compliance Section (Team A and B) of the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health. The candidate hired into this position will be responsible for data entry, preparing and creating correspondence, preparing citation/information packets; mailing and tracking documents concerning afforded rights; handling filing duties related to compliance; assisting Team A and Team B Supervisors in tracking abatement documents, complainant correspondence and citations within the Safety Compliance Section. This position will assist in scanning case files for archival purposes, handles telephones
