CSR Position performs a high level of customer service functions that will support Human Service Supervisor and Human Service Specialists. Duties will involve
Solving difficult customer service complaints/issues over the phone or face-to-face.
Will be responsible for clerical functions such as providing referrals to customer for community resources, greet clients and assess purpose of the office visit, register applications using AZCCATS systems, manage a high volume of emails through Google, faxes, interoffice mail, and UPS mail.
Prepare outgoing mail/and distribute incoming, filing, archiving, ordering supplies, and other office procedures as needed.
Skills Required
Candidate should be able to manage a high volume of emails and mail, do filing, answer phones, and greet clients.
