This position resides within the General Services (GS) unit of the Director’s Office of Business and Financial Services Division and reports to the GS manager. This position will perform several functions necessary to support the agency’s front desk, including greeting visitors, receiving, and navigating calls. In addition, this position will maintain multiple calendars for appointments, sort mail, and issue security badges. The position will support all General Services activities including fleet duties, mail room operations, front desk, and various special facility projects.
