The position provides leadership and facilitation in the resolution of highly strategic and sensitive issues of agency wide projects, program policy and reports directly to the Deputy Director and senior leadership.
The incumbent acts as an advisor and thought partner by leading teams to identify, track and measure issues, project plans, providing expert level consulting capabilities to the functional area to realize the department's strategic agendas.
Lead teams to gather data, researching and consolidate issues, summarizing information and making recommendations with relevant stakeholders to advance the department's agenda.
Incumbent routinely and proactively represents the executives' positions in meetings, committees and in developing integrated functional projects, communication plans and scorecards to measure effectiveness of initiatives.
Skills Required - Proficient Project management Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication
Experience Required - 4+ years experience in relevant Information Technology Minimum 1 year in Project Management
Education Required - Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science - Information Technology.
