2. Intelligent Candidate Selection & Matching
We prioritize fit — both technical and cultural — for long-term success.

  • AI-Enhanced Matching: Microsoft-powered tools identify best-fit roles by analyzing skills, experience, and culture alignment.

  • Initial Screening: A phone or video conversation to discuss your experience, career goals, and opportunities that align best.

  • Interviews: Meetings with our internal team and, when applicable, client hiring representatives.

  • Final Approval: The final step before receiving your contract or direct-hire offer.

3. Pre-Employment Requirements
Once selected, we complete onboarding swiftly and securely:

  • Background and employment verification

  • E-Verify authorization

  • Drug screening (as required by client)

  • Fingerprinting or TB tests (for select government or education placements)
