Here’s how our process works:

2. Selection Steps

• Resume Review – Screen for role alignment.
• Initial Screening – Phone/video call to assess fit.
• Interviews – With our internal team and, when required, client representatives.
• Client Approval – Required for contract roles.

3. Pre-Employment Requirements

• Background & employment verification
• E-Verify authorization
• Drug screening (when required by client)
• Fingerprinting & TB test (for some roles)

Past convictions or substance use history will be evaluated case-by-case—they do not automatically disqualify.
