Day to day tasks:

• Creation and modification of user accounts in Active Directory, custom built and off the shelf systems, and mainframe.
• Respond to user account incident tickets
• Update permissions based on request tickets
• Elicit approvals as needed
• Daily updates to and resolution of assigned tickets

• 65% - Identity and access management; user access control; day to day processor of user access requests (account creation, management, and deletion)
• 15% - Updating Standard Work Documentation
• 15% - Phone work - resetting/unlocking HEAplus password
• 5% - Participation in meetings
• Mainframe User Management - Beginner - 1  year
• Identity and Access Management tools - Beginner - 1  year - Required
• Active Directory - Beginner - 1  year - Required
