- Be a key member team responsible for development and continuous refinement of the project’s quality strategy
- Create the business requirements definition/documentation needed by the team, to ensure the final product satisfies business objectives and user expectations
- Write the acceptance criteria in the BDD orientation of business language, per specific frameworks
- Create and participate in the testing strategy
- Verifying that code meets the acceptance criteria, preferably through automated testing platforms
- Participate with the team on to document requirements
- Identify and document problems, prioritize based on risk and impact, validate appropriate solutions
- Communicate with a broad range of staff to understand issues and requirements, as well as to share updates
- Root cause analysis and resolution of problems
- Track problems to their resolution
- Create training and documentation materials associated with deliverables
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent business experience
- Experience creating SQL queries
- Experience gathering requirements and creating user stories
- Experience in critical thinking, problem solving and demonstrated attention to detail
- Experience writing and executing test cases
- Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships across the organization
- Excellent communication, time-management, and task prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
- Ability to work with limited supervision
