• Provide technical direction for solutions (planning, definition and high-level design)
• Work directly with agile teams to implement solutions
• Mentor team members around technical skills and best practices
• Participate in backlog discussions
• Plan and develop architectures and proofs of concept in support of upcoming business Features/Capabilities
• Deliver designs and design artifacts
• Work with client  and internal stakeholders to establish high-level solution intent

Required skills:

• Must have experience as a leader in the architectural design and planning of virtual environments in Nutanix
• Experience with automation , orchestration, and continuous integration tools (Chef, Ansible, Puppet)
• IAC experience, specifically with Terraform
• Broad understanding of a wide variety of technologies and cloud services
• Python programming experience and proficiency
• Knowledge of the best practices of IT Operations in an always-up, always available service model
• Strong knowledge of foundational infrastructure areas such as networking
• Experience with Desktop Imaging (with Windows 10) and imaging automation
• Experience using Microsoft SCCM including developing automated deployment through SCCM and dashboarding in SCCM
• OS imaging and deployment automation experience; including creating, updating and uploading the images for deployment

Desired skills:

• Network, systems infrastructure experience (3rd party product configuration and design)
• Experience with Cisco, Active Directory, Microsoft stack
