Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor incoming service requests for repair, maintenance, delivery, and shipping
- Liaise with property management, ADOA, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and repair buildings and equipment
- Manage conference room calendars and configurations, and maintain related technology
- Provide on-site A/V assistance for meetings and conferences
- Track and coordinate internal personnel moves and modular furniture systems
- Maintain key issuance and building access records
- Handle agency mail room, courier services, and delivery operations
- Maintain safety and emergency preparedness documentation and equipment
- Drive state vehicle for courier/delivery operations (as needed)

Knowledge in:
- Computer and software use
- Problem-solving and analytical methods
- Safety procedures and inspections
- Floor plan design software
- Inventory and warehouse operations
- Database entry and management
Skills in:
- Time management and multi-tasking

- Communication (written and verbal)
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Use of tools and equipment (hand/power tools, AV, mailroom)
Ability to:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Travel between buildings in downtown Phoenix (if needed)
- Work both independently and as a team
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Interpret and implement procedures and policies
- Perform critical thinking and project coordination
