This position is responsible for organizational readiness and deployment of the Division modernization projects. This position assists with managing all aspects of change associated with the modernization of the organization to align with business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures.
This person will focus on the people-side of change. This position will work with the project team and organizational leaders to ensure adoption, utilization and proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Focus on at least one year of Change Management experience keywords: communication plan, stakeholder assessment, strategy, training plan, and change agents.
Experience Preferred - Two or more years of Change Management experience
Education Required - Bachelors degree
