Looking for a Project Manager who has experience in leading complex and cross-functional projects in the field of cybersecurity.
You will be responsible for implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Zero Trust Data Security (ZTDS) solutions for our organization, which will enhance our security posture and protect our sensitive data from unauthorized access.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with security and infrastructure stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close the project.
You will also coordinate the training needs for end users and technical personnel, and ensure that governance including policies, standards and procedures are established for long-term sustainability of the solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in project management, cybersecurity, and data security.
You should also have excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Skills Required:
Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones in alignment with the business goals and requirements
Develop a detailed project plan and schedule, communication plan and schedule, and track the progress and performance of the project using appropriate tools and techniques
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Prepare slides and reports as appropriate for different audiences
Manage the project budget and resources, and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Manage the project risks and issues, and implement mitigation and contingency plans as needed
Manage the project quality and ensure that the project deliverables meet the expected standards and specifications
Manage the project communication and stakeholder engagement, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management & external entities per statue, and other relevant parties including tracking finance, billing and payments
Manage the project team and external vendors, and provide guidance, support, and feedback
Manage the project change requests and ensure that they are evaluated, approved, documented, and implemented according to the change management process Manage the project closure and handover, and conduct lessons learned and post-project evaluation
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or 15 years of relevant IT experience at managerial levels
MUST HAVE Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects in the field of cybersecurity in both waterfall and agile environments
Experience in implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Zero Trust Data Security (ZTDS) solutions or similar technologies
Additional experience with deploying IT projects related to cybersecurity and infrastructure, a plus Familiarity with cloud based proxy solutions
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, best practices, and regulations Knowledge of data security principles, techniques, tools, and solutions
Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems
Minimum Education Level: BA
