Roles & Responsibilities
Skills Required
Computer skills, Google suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Meets, and Chat), exceptional written and verbal communication, well-developed organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, teamwork, interpersonal skills, self-management, and problem solving.
Skills Preferred - Ability to multitask, project management, compliance, and understanding of insurance terms and purposes.
Experience Required - Customer Service, Google suite, data entry, information tracking, professional communication via email, and teamwork.
Experience Preferred - myCOI, contract compliance, commercial insurance, and executive assistance.
Education Required - The ideal candidate will have at least 2 yrs. work experience in human services, public administration, legal research, or related field w/an emphasis on contracting for human services. Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & experience w/databases is highly desirable. Full proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) & experience w/databases is highly desirable. Experience in contracting concepts is preferred as well as project management, research, and analysis.
Education Preferred - Licensed Insurance Specialist

This is a HYBRID Position. Candidates may be required to commute to their home office location. WORK LOCATION: 1789 W Jefferson St. Phoenix, AZ Finger Print Clearance Card is REQUIRED.
