This role will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME) when facilitating requirements sessions and ensuring to alleviate the strain on the quality assurance team. The business analyst will be responsible for performing the following activities: Gather and document business requirements Translate requirements into business, functional and use case documents Leverage systems and tools to document and track requirements, especially within Azure DevOps environment, and Test Manager Provide functional expertise to developers during the design and construction phases of projects Create and deliver related user documentation and coordinate needed documentation and deliverables to support the project goals of business teams within Planning and Operations Facilitate a consistent and clear understanding of customer requirements Facilitate clarification of user stories, and desired functionality Creates and delivers related user documentation and end-user demonstrations.

Basic analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements

Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user requirements into business, functional and test scenarios for projects of various sizes and complexity

Demonstrated ability to develop and write technical documentation

Familiarity with Google Suite tools, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, SmartSheets or other productivity systems

 

Experience Required:

General knowledge of methodologies and techniques for systems analysis and design, business process modeling, requirements gathering, quality assurance, and software development. Familiarity with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)

PMI certification a plus Lean or Six-sigma certification a plus.
