Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer phones, provide general info, route calls, take messages
• Retrieve voicemail messages, research, and respond to status inquiries, or route
• Assist with Local office emails, respond to status inquiries
• Addtional email support: sort, route, scan, print
• Receive in person client visitors, provide general info, collect, copy, scan, and route docs
• Conduct phone interviews
• File, Create, Pull and Match information with case files
• Process mail
• Call in provider stops
• Scan info as requested
• Replenish documents

Skills Required

Excellent Customer service, organized, team player, computer skills, work independently

Experience Required

2 Years of customer service, knowledge with google applications

Education Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Valid driving license required.
