This position requires an individual to coach, teach, mentor and provide direct support to members who have Developmental Disabilities (i.e., autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability or epilepsy) ranging from mild to profound. The majority of services are designed to meet personal needs of members in Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) and group home settings.

Additional Information
All resources must attend orientation. Orientation occurs on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Resources must confirm their schedule at orientation, changes to schedule will be based on business need. Resources must acknowledge that they are expected to maintain appropriate staffing ratios - this means if there is a call in for the next shift, they may have to provide coverage. There is a rotating pull list - all direct care staff are added to the pull list. Resources are required to take a 30 minute, unpaid lunch, for every 8 hours worked. Timesheets must be submitted no later then noon on Monday (for the previous week), with a supervisor or approved proxy signature to the administrator for time verification and approval with XRM.
