NOVA22 provides back-office administrative support for active engagements. These resources are designed to help independent professionals and small teams stay organized, reduce delays, and keep documentation current.


1) Onboarding Readiness Checklist

Before you begin onboarding, it helps to have:

  • Your preferred email and phone number ready and accurate

  • A government-issued photo ID available (if identity verification is required)

  • Any engagement-specific documents requested in your onboarding instructions

  • A few minutes to complete forms without interruptions

2) Documentation & Updates

To keep records accurate and avoid processing delays:

  • Notify us promptly if your address, phone, or legal name changes

  • Respond to renewal reminders early (don’t wait until the deadline)

  • Upload only the documents requested for your specific engagement

  • Keep copies of submitted documents for your records


3) Pay-Cycle Administration Support

Pay schedules and submission deadlines can vary by engagement. To help everything run smoothly:

  • Follow your engagement’s stated time submission process (if applicable)

  • Submit required items by the deadline shown in your onboarding instructions

  • If a pay-related issue occurs, report it within 1 business day with:

    • Your name

    • Engagement name (if applicable)

    • Pay period/date

    • A short description of the issue
