The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Certification team and may interact with agency constituents, including education administrators and staff, community members, education partners, and the families of Arizona students. This customer service position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient processing and management of certification application and records, including:
Located at the agency's North campus in downtown Phoenix, this position will be part of a standard office environment and will be 100% on-site, where expected dress-code is business and business-casual (no jeans).
This is a full-time in-office position at no more than 20 hours per working week, requiring candidates to be in -office at any point between Monday through Friday, from 8AM through 4:30PM, except State holidays.
