Role and Responsibilities• Responsible for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Information Technology Group’s (ITG) telecommunications service requests and project coordination.• Coordinates small to medium-sized telecommunications projects and service requests based on repeatable standards and practices.• Supports Arizona Department of Transportation telecommunications services.• Acts as a liaison to the state’s telecomm provider (AZNet).• Obtains quotes and processes telecomm equipment orders.• Monitors service requests and projects, provides status updates and escalates as appropriate.• Provides assistance to other team members or project managers as needed.• Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements• Customer service principles and processes• Basic to intermediate project coordination• Telecommunications Expense Management• Incident Tracking & Problem Management Tools or Systems
