  • Communicate clearly with peers as well as management and provide technical leadership to junior network admins
  • Perform hands-on analysis of the production systems, fault resolution, capacity planning and root cause analysis for critical issues 
  • Analyze and resolve performance issues, capacity issues 
  • Proactively monitor the systems to ensure high availability services with minimum downtime 
  • Manage and escalate cases to vendors for problem resolution 
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
