Objectives of this Role
• Lead and Conduct Quality Assurance and Performance tests on software products and services.
• Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting tools and audits.
• Comply with company quality assurance standards, update them as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and oversee the quality assurance testing of products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
• Design and implement the automation tests for all the customer facing applications.
• Track, document, and produce various reports on all quality issues.
• Analyze and investigate reported quality issues and ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development team.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science
• Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer etc.
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance tools, methods.
• Demonstrated knowledge of “testing best practices”, version control practices and defect management practices.
• Have expertise in scripting languages such as python, ruby, and shell scripts etc.
• Fast paced, bias to action.
• Web/Mobile debugging skills, ability to check web client and server logs.
