Position: The position exists to triage and resolve production support issues for the WellSky Claims processing application – engaging with WellSky product support as necessary - and to define future state business processes and functional specifications.
The position requires a high level of analytical and organizational skills, sound judgment and decision-making ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as an internal consultant and subject matter expert for the WellSky Claims processing application
- Provides analysis and support to triage functional and/or technical issues
- Consult/engage with product/development support, as required, to resolve reported issues
- Provides support for system configuration updates, feature enhancements or changes to client specific workflow to meet evolving business and user needs
- Develops, reviews, and elicits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed enhancements
- Evaluates and recommends business process improvements within the scope of supported business application.
- Coordinates management and execution of testing activities for system enhancements
- May assist with coordination of workflow, training, and mentoring of support staff, as required
- Delivers presentations, communicates relevant project information to management and peers, and serves as key participant in team and customer meetings.
- Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
- Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned. - Assures high-quality customer service to all customers.

Knowledge/Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required.
- Knowledge of system development life cycle, and project management principles required.

- Five years of specific business applications experience required as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator
