Provides oversight, planning, and strategic guidance to ensure successful delivery of software projects
Work closely with client leadership (business and technical) to ensure team is operating in an efficient and sustainable manner
Work directly with business users to refine requirements and document/plan software releases
Participates in the analysis, planning, coordination and oversight of software release (scheduling tasks, deadlines, and milestones for all stakeholders)
Ensures software developed is held to GalaxE and client quality standards through appropriate review and approval cycles
Provide resource coordination and supervision, track and report on the delivery effort, time reporting, Invoicing to client management/finance
Represent team throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle and deliver results for the team’s success
Translating business needs into purposeful action
Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and business owners
Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to senior management as needed
Develops and follows a change management process to ensure compliance with patient and business outcomes
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience with Azure DevOps Server (Microsoft Team Foundation Server)
People management experience, with the ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization
Understanding of how to promote, build and deploy code into QA, UAT, Production
Experience with Agile management tools
Advanced written and verbal communication skills - able to closely work with PMs and developers
Experience managing and delivering AWS and DevOps projects
Experience with container-based software deployment and managementSignificant CI/CD experience (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
Experience in automating build processes, application deployments and continuous integrations of existing systems
