This is an onsite, fulltime position in Salt Lake City, Utah, for a Senior Java Developer -FICO working on the eREP (Electronic Resource Eligibility Product) system and related applications. Work remotely from home (in Utah) will be an option for some of the work hours.
eREP is a browser-based interface to the application written in Java using JBoss, Oracle, MongoDb, Spring Hibernate, DROOLS, Vaadin, and other technologies.
Duties include:
Development of Java code to implement requested features and capabilities with open-source technologies and custom code in the Spring/Hibernate model.
Development and customization of the FICO Debt Manager system including configuration, customization, integration, conversion. This might include creation and maintenance of ETL processes, Notices creation and maintenance, automated batch job maintenance in Control-M, application upgrades, schema management, future conversion to AWS cloud.

Scoring Criteria:
1. Java 1.8 or higher programming experience duration and quality. Full stack desired with extra consideration for Amazon Web Services experience 2. Experience with some or all of the following: Writing Soap and RESTful web services using the Spring Framework, Implementing Spring Security Reading / Writing Spring Data to Oracle and Mongo databases, Consideration given for experience with: JBoss, DROOLS 3. FICO Debt Manager experience and knowledge, particularly with customizations. Extra consideration may be given for Financial knowledge 4.
