The Business Analyst will be required to work with multiple teams to complete projects related to the creation and management of operational performance metrics.  This includes gathering and documenting business requirements.  Once fully trained, the candidate must be self-motivated and possess the ability to manage time and tasks with limited direction.  

Responsibilities

•    Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather business requirements and metric methodologies

•    Use standard templates to accurately and concisely document requirements specifications

•    Analyze and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards

•    Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

•    Manage and track the status of the operational performance metric project  

Qualifications

•    1-5 years of business analysis and related experience

•    Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

•    Strong familiarity with business analysis methodologies, and best practices

•    Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
