JOB DESCRIPTION
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business owners and technology team members
• Perform business process analysis and document the requirements of the solution
• Understand document types and analyze business rules to capture information from documents
• Configure OCR rules
• Installing, Implementing, Upgrading and Integrating Lexmark Distributed Intelligent Capture & Distiller Solutions
• Design activities will include designing & Building Workflow, Configurations and migrating documents from other systems to Lexmark products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues
• This role will require the individual to perform entry level to senior level tasks
• Candidate may have to sometimes interact directly with customer (i.e. business & technical folks)
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical people
• Ability to effectively work within a team environment
• Experience Document classification, extraction, capture, processing, routing & confirmation
• Experience for reliability, scalability & disaster recovery of Lexmark systems / platforms is a nice to have
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 3-5 years of experience in configuration of Lexmark Distributed Intelligent Capture & Distiller products with total of 8 years of IT experience
• Experience in working as LDIC Administrator / Configuration Specialist
• Advanced knowledge and in-depth understanding of ECM principles, tools and technologies
• Must have good constructive experience in development, configuration & administration of OnBase systems
• Strong project management skills, ability to coordinate multiple tasks to completion with minimal supervision
• 5 Years of experience with ECM (Enterprise Content Management) technology and terminology is a plus
• Knowledge of products and experience in the government sector a plus
The agency will have them go onsite at first (1-4 weeks normally) to ensure they understand how the agency does business and what they are looking for them to do; then the agency will send them home to work. That is the process for now, but things can change. They do require some in-house meetings (dependent on the work being done) and they do maintain social distancing when in office
