• Maintains Active Directory including creating computer accounts, making any necessary modifications and changes and the deleting of user accounts.
• Hardware Support - Resolves issues related to PC's and peripheral hardware, Printers, Scanners, and Telephones.
• Software Support - Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Applications, Windows 10, Anti-Virus, and business applications.
• Develops and applies standard computer images with authorized software to computers to ensure consistent configurations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• One year of experience in systems applications analysis, programming or telecommunications functions utilizing a variety of hardware and software or installation and maintenance of digital systems, radio, and electronic communications systems; OR
• One year of experience in telephone station equipment and related telecommunications distribution systems.
• Course work including training or experience with one or more work station computers and one or more programming languages and one or more operating systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
Experience with/in:
o Remedy Salesforce or other helpdesk ticketing systems.
o Supporting more than 200 users and computers in a networked environment.
o Training with Microsoft SCCM.
o As level 2 helpdesk support.
o Overseeing an enterprise computer replacement program.
o Mission critical systems.
o An Active Directory environment.
o Providing audio visual support.
o Utilizing a ticketing system to respond and resolve technical requests from end users.
• Proficient experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting enterprise desktops and laptop computers, printers, scanners, and business applications.
