Under the direction of the Executive Staff Assistant, this position performs administrative and office support activities. This position is responsible for answering and fielding telephone inquiries, receiving and directing visitors, and communicating with private and public sector individuals. Responsible for processing incoming mail and checks, scanning documents, creating files, receiving and logging deliveries, issuing temporary ID badges, records retention and tracking Annual Travel Reduction Survey Results. Responsible for answering and fielding telephone inquiries in order to refer callers to the proper resource. Processing mail and checks, scanning documents, creating files, receiving and logging deliveries, creating labels and issuing temporary ID badges. Ordering supplies, updating staff lists, records retention and tracking Annual Travel Reduction Survey Results. Performs office and administrative support duties for staff in creating labels, folders or documents as needed. Organizes and maintains files. Following up on pending matters. Other duties as assigned as related to the position.
