As a contractor, they will need to drive their own vehicle. Tentatively will be 70% onsite/30 remote/fixed office location and will adjust as they mature the process.
Duties:
Assist the vendor with implementation, training ( train the trainer) and problem resolution for Genesys Contact Center software application. Integrate with vendor and internal groups.
Experience/Skills
Experience using and training others in Call Center applications (Genesys) and Workforce Management.
Ability to document process and policy.
Interact with the vendor and end-users to ensure transfer of knowledge call center tools.
Experience with Windows 10 and Google
Interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people.
Genesys knowledge- Required
Documentation of supplemental process/procedures - Required
